• Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to select areas. Please check your pincode for availability.

• Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on your order value and location. Free delivery may be available for orders above a certain amount.
• Failed Delivery: If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

• Quality Issues: If you receive damaged or poor-quality items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Returns: We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
• Non-returnable Items: Perishable goods, personalized items, and products with tamper-evident seals removed cannot be returned.
